Interview with Green Cross President, Alexander Likhotal

On Sunday morning, ECI Director Mirian Vilela moderated a panel called  "An ethical framework for global governance". Among the panelists was Alexander Likhotal, President of Green Cross International and Earth Charter Council member. After the event, I had the chance to interview Mr. Likhotal briefly and get a few of his thoughts about the importance of the Earth Charter and how it can help the intergovernmental process. Sorry for the sound. The room technician decided to blast some music just as I was beginning the interview. I think the interview is still audible and don't be disturbed by the disco vibe.
