Yesterday, during the midday pause between meetings and events, I managed to get a couple of short statements from Earth Charter Council members Alide Roerink and Rick Clugston.
They were both hopeful above the cacophony of the cafeteria, the music in the background, and the excited buzz of thousands of people here to make the world a better place.
